Understanding how the psychic mind works can be confusing even to those
of us who profess to have one. I would however like to attempt to explain my own
perspective. 
Well here goes and hopefully deep down every one of you will see the
logic and possibly recognise a certain amount of themselves in what follows.
Psychologists will have you believe the physical brain is split in two halves. One half dealing with rational, logical thought, the other with artistic and creative behaviour. It is also common knowledge that only a surprisingly small amount of the brain’s capacity is actually ever utilised. I along with a large number of like minded people believe that the mind is actually split into three conceptual areas. Firstly there is the logical mathematical portion. On the other side is artistic creative area. Then I believe there is a third, which every living soul has the ability to expose themselves to, this being the area allowing access to the greater elements of the universe.
Before you all fall asleep or have a seizure from laughing, let me try to explain. Possibly the best way to do this is to think of two solid side to each and everyone’s brain. These in turn relate physically to the opposite side’s of the body - fact. One side dealing with creativity and other rational stuff. Somewhere in between lies a third - theory. This area may consist of two thirds creative and one third rationale. Alternatively it might be a completely separate area of the brain, I just don’t know. As I’ve explained, human beings utilise a fraction of the brain in their daily functions. This extra third is the domain of intuition, foresight, and hunches. Very importantly this portion is also connected to the whole area of psychic ability and it is here all individual’s ‘psychic radio receiver’ exits. The good news is that every one of us has this third as well as a fully functional radio receiver. Why some are born with the ability to switch it on or even tune it in, is still an enigma. Some are just born with the ability, others can train, yet more have the batteries connected, so to speak, by a traumatic event such as a near death experience. An excellent example is the Russian man who was pronounced dead, only to wake up three days later in the morgue! The experience affected him so greatly that he is now a clergyman in America.
How often have you heard people say; well my mother or grandmother was psychic
and I think I’ve inherited it? How often have small children spoken about their
invisible friend, or that their grandfather, who died before they were even born,
spoke with them during the night.
Upon reaching adolescence this ability usually withdraws
as the daily exposure
to the logical physical world we are brought up in drives this capability
further into the subconscious. For a small number however it remains. Why I
have no idea. The other bit of excellent news is that all living beings have
some level of psychic ability. Let’s say someone is born with ten percent
psychic ability. This can never be reduced but can get lost, clouded in the
modern world we are exposed to. This ten percent can, with minimal practice,
be reawakened, even enhanced.
Each of us is born with a certain starting psychic ability, like a baseline or starting percentage. Some individuals can with practice improve this to say fifty percent. Others may intrinsically be born with fifty percent but for some unknown reason are only able to improve it by ten percent. In my own case I do not feel extraordinarily gifted. My mother was psychic but suppressed her ability strongly, until it was almost too late. She did however pass on the ability to my sister Alexandra and myself. I have, through design and choice, over the past twenty years expanded my gift greatly. I feel particularly blessed that my, expandable capacity, for want of a better description is now in the region of seventy percent. Not knowing where I started from, I now feel comfortable that I am utilising this aspect of my mind to its capacity.
There is yet further good news. Everyone of you can develop and train their ability, expanding it close to, if not, their preordained capacity. It is not my intent to expand further on how to develop ones ability. In asubsequent edition of Boecks memoirs, they will cover his time working with Section 9. Here he will expose you to the further, sometimes darker, realms of the paranormal, including British and American military covert involvement in the use of psychics! I would also like to explain my theory pertaining to wholespace. Those individuals who inherit, develop or have it given have the ability to access wholespace. Prominent American physicists have recently called this area of the frontiers of science, hyperspace. I prefer wholespace as it encompasses absolutely everything out there.
