Moves with Spirits is the powerful new multi-faceted novel
from debutant ND Scott. Appealing to both lovers of crime
and supernatural suspense, this book will not fail to please!
Moves with Spirits introduces the protagonist Simon Boeck,
chartering his early years in a slick, moving account of an
unlikely friendship between two young men through to the
rise of a formidable adversary fighting the good fight.
Parallel to this is the graphic account of a man
succumbing to his demons to become a vicious and highly
dangerous nemesis.
Moves with Spirits intricately weaves together the lives
of these two men: one quenching his thirst for the most
basic of human acts, the other on a mission to stop him
once and for all.
This book keeps you on the edge of your seat as you are
steered through an action packed story that packs one
hell of a punch! I highly recommend this book and hope
that there are many more to come!

'Spirits' has you gripped from page 1 and keeps you hooked
right to the end. Although descriptions of characters
and locations are precise and detailed, the story is
at no stage pedestrian and instead moves at such a pace,
you will not want to put the book down.
Exciting, scary,
intruiging and fast paced, I am really looking forward to
further developments in the life of main character, Simon
Boeck. An excellent read!

If you liked the mix of fact and fiction in the Da Vinci Code you'll like the manner in
which Scott has written 'Spirits'. It has a great crime/horror storyline but with
elements of real life and real characters thrown in and immersed in the supernatural. C
rime, horror, supernatural and even some military; if these genres are of interest to
you, then this book is a must. Great read, lets hope the sequel is on the way!

"I have a real interest in the paranormal and thoroughly enjoy a good thriller/detective novel and
this book combines the two in a way that I have not really experienced before.
I was gripped from the moment I picked it up. It is thoroughly original in its outlook,
combining a very authentic view of the British army with the much more sinister and evil
world surrounding this character 'Boots'. It kept me guessing to the last and did not disappoint.
I can't recommend it highly enough.
Believe me we haven't seen the end of Lt Col Boeck and I
look forward to the next instalment."

"An entertaining read, somewhat reminiscent of early Koontz! Waiting
with anticipation for the
sequel."
